UltraTend is expanding its tradeshow & exhibition services offering globally and looking for motivated and result oriented Project Manager to join the growing and talented team.

This is a full-time remote position with complete flexibility of ‘work from anywhere’. The role is a fantastic opportunity to apply conventional tradeshow project management with digital tools & platforms to maximize the customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate Project Manager who has experience within the Exhibition or Tradeshow Industry serving global customers and having strong vendor network. You will be extremely organised and have the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. A self-starter and go-getter in nature, with a natural tendency to engage with customers, partners and suppliers on a daily basis to ensure smooth execution.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading & delivering project(s) that span across one or more businesses verticals. The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing resources, schedules, financials and adhering to quality and control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project and service delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide on-site leadership remotely.

  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.

  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.

  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.

  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.

  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.

  • Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.

  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.

  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.

  • Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.

  • Act as an internal quality control check for the project.

  • Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution.

  • Assist in dispute, negotiation, arbitration or litigation, as needed.


  • 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects.

  • 3-5+ years experience in the Trade Show/ Exhibit Industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Master’s or specialization is preferred.

  • Experience and capability of handling international customers.

  • Ability to interact with C-Suite.

  • Sense of Urgency to responds promptly to customer needs.

  • Ability to listen carefully and communicate clearly. 

  • Open to new ideas and differing points of view.

  • Ability be accurate and thorough in the midst of ambiguity. 

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.
