Sales Representative

UltraTend is expanding its service portfolio in China and looking for a motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join the growing and talented team.

This is a full-time remote position with complete flexibility of ‘work from anywhere’. The role is a fantastic opportunity to apply conventional cold calling with digital tools & platforms to maximize lead generation & conversion.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and go-getter in nature, with a natural tendency to engage with potential or existing customers on a daily basis. Preferred candidates will have previous B2B sales representative experience handling mid to large Chinese companies as customers.

Who You are

  • Self-driven and adept at remote work.

  • Good English communication skills (written & verbal) for internal communications.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Demonstrated track record in consistently meeting or surpassing sales quotas.

  • Adaptability to diverse time zones and cultures.

  • Innovative approach to customer engagement.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation and consultative sales skills.

What You'll Do

  • Successfully meet and exceed sales quotas for trade show and exhibition services.

  • Generate high-quality leads through cold calling and digital platform.

  • Effectively communicate value propositions to Chinese clients.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.

  • Engage potential clients, comprehend needs, and position UltraTend as a solution partner of choice.

  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • 2-3 years of proven success in B2B sales.
