Being a global exhibition service provider, UltraTend is looking for motivated and result oriented B2B Lead Generation and Conversion Specialist to join the growing and talented team.

This is going to be a full-time remote position with complete flexibility of ‘work from anywhere’. The role is a fantastic opportunity to apply conventional cold calling with digital tools & platforms to maximize the lead generation & conversion.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and go-getter in nature, with a natural tendency to engage with large number of leads, prospects or existing customers on a daily basis. Preferred candidates will have previous tele-sales or out-bound tele-marketing experience and be able to listen to the customer and summarise to the supervisor in actionable manner.

  • Candidate should be comfortable to work in a remote work culture with minimal supervision.

  • A self-starter and go-getter in nature, quick learner with great listening skills.

  • Should have exceptional communication skills in English - both written and verbal with neutral accent, other languages are plus.

  • Ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects over the phone promptly.

  • Excellent skill of MS Office. (Excel/Word/PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)

  • Ready to take challenges & should be comfortable with international profile.

  • Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation.

  • Skills to identify trends in appropriate channels and suggesting improvements.

  • Should be comfortable with web sales and tele sales.

  • Should adapt to the requirement of multiple time zones and cultural norms.

  • Should be able to understand and deliver the company message accurately.

  • Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure his / her message is resonating with potential customers.

  • Should be able to follow and meet KPI expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Generating leads through primary and secondary research in web and social media platforms.

  • Ensure that the leads generated are of high quality and as per the campaign requirements and standards.

  • Generate new qualified leads that can be processed as new opportunities and forwarded to the sales team in the CRM system.

  • Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system.

  • Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads.

  • Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads using a specified scoring system.

  • Navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs, understand pain points and position UltraTend as a compelling solution.

  • Convey summarized key findings from phone conversations to the supervisor and rest of the team in group discussions.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. (Preferred English, Business Studies, International Relationship or Mass Communication).

  •  2 – 3 years of experience in Lead Generation, cold calling, tele sales, proactive customer service.

  • Additional certifications on lead generation, CRM or customer service will be preferred.
